Dear Customer,Greeting from Baithost!
We are now still under going process to recover all data with in the corrupted hard disk. The problem was started when our data centre having some network issues and their tech have to restart every server at data centre. Once the flux server has been restarted, it’s suddenly crash and in result of both our system and backup hard disk corrupted. On 6 July, Our technician have successfully 60% of data within the backup hard disk. Unfortunately one of the technician has mistaken to format the hard disk while doing re-mount all the data to new hard disk.
Now, in order to retrieve all the data, we have to send the hard disk to special team to recover all loss data. This may take up to 3-5 working days. In order to minimize the downtime, we have took precaution action to create an account for all effected client to another server. To those who has a backup, can re-upload the backup to the temporary account. Once we have recover all the data, we will re-upload to the account.
We are apologizing for the inconvenience cause. We will announce on compensation later on, after we have fully recover all the data.
We are highly appreciating if you could understand our current situation. We will do our best to reply all of your email. Thank you.
